euràvent on-line is a unique catalogue, devoted entirely to recordings featuring wind instrument players. We have a passion for what we do and we would like to share it with you. This passion extends to our determination to provide our customers with an unparalleled service, founded upon our knowledge and efficiency.
Making a Purchase
If you find an item that you would like to purchase, you can simply select the item and place it into your shopping basket. The basket can easily be amended to remove or add items. Once satisfied with the contents of the basket, you can elect to go to the checkout stage, where a straightforward process enables payment of your selected goods. Confirmation of your order will appear on screen and an e-mail message will be sent to the same effect.
Postage and Packing
Our modest charges for postage & packing will be clearly shown at the checkout stage. Orders for UK customers will be sent by 1st Class Mail. Orders for customers in other countries are sent by Air Mail.
Once payment has been authorised, your goods will be immediately despatched. UK Customers should allow up to 2 working days for delivery. For Air Mail despatch, customers should allow up to 5 working days for European destinations, or up to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
If the item that you have selected is not in stock, we will advise you of the likely despatch time. If the period of time indicated is not acceptable to you, you can cancel the order.
For on-line payments, the cardholder's account will be charged at the time of the order being placed. Occasionally, we will have one or more items out of stock, and these can usually be supplied within a short period of time. If for any reason an item cannot be supplied within a reasonable period of time, we will make a refund accordingly. For customers who wish to pay using a UK cheque or postal order, we will despatch goods to them within 7 days of receiving payment.
Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card transactions are processed by PayPal, using their secure payment processing system. Your card details are not seen or stored by euràvent.
Warranty & Returns
In the event of faulty or otherwise impaired products being supplied, euràvent will arrange for prompt exchange of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost to the purchaser. If a satisfactory replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price will be given upon receipt of the damaged goods.
